Y Building, Dunchon / 둔촌동 Y 근린생활시설

​

The project is to build a neighborhood living facility on a triangular plot of land surrounded by roads. Triangle-shaped land is less efficient than the area it has. However, we proposed that the building's rental area be raised as much as possible and the functions of landscaping or parking lights be placed in the rest of the world to match the surrounding context by planning a smooth T-plane with maximum dryness and floor area ratio operation within the triangular site. As a result, we were able to find a volume that was quite straight and simple compared to the shape the land had. Its features have been effectively highlighted on the site, which is surrounded by roads and requires landmark elements. At the same time, the material wanted to be pure and concise.

도로로 둘러싸인 삼각형 모양의 대지에 근린생활시설을 신축하는 프로젝트이다. 삼각형 모양의 땅은 면적에 비해 효율이 좋지 않다. 하지만 삼각형 대지 안에 최대의 건폐율과 용적률 계획이 가능한 반듯한 T자 평면을 계획하여 건물의 임대면적을 확보하고, 나머지 부분은 조경이나 주차 등의 계획을 통해 주변 컨텍스트에 맞추어 배치하는 것을 제안했다. 그 결과 땅이 가지고 있는 모양에 비해 반듯하고 단순한 볼륨을 찾을 수 있었다. 그 특징은 사방이 도로로 둘러싸여 랜드마크 요소가 필요한 이 사이트에 효과적으로 부각되었으며, 동시에 재료는 순수하고 간결하길 원했다.
