Entete Cafe, Jamsil / 앙떼띠 카페 잠실점
Located on the side of the Olympic Road that connects Jamsil Lotte Tower and Olympic Park, it is a renovation project proposed from the front and second floors of the building to the interior.
The cafe, consisting of two floors, has a relatively small area for ordering space and to-go customers on the first floor. It was planned to naturally approach the second floor, which is the main space of the customer lounge, through simple and recognizable internal stairs. It was also inevitable to plan a certain part of the building's public department in the same design language because the feeling of the building's facade was continuous with the second-floor cabin along the inside stairs as well as inside the first floor. And when arrive on the second floor, see a main space like a gallery's corridor.
The southern side of the corridor had good lighting and at the same time a disorderly view of the eatery alleys. To solve this problem, the complex landscape was filtered first by using translucent material of the glass, and the neon lights outside were reflected to dreamy and colorful light inside at night.
Beige color, which determines the atmosphere, began with the selection of external stone and reflected the delicate material selection and detail of all elements, including stone, paint and tile color and lighting.
잠실 롯데타워와 올림픽공원을 잇는 올림픽로 대로변에 위치한 이 곳은 건물 2개층의 입면과 인테리어 디자인을 위한 리노베이션 프로젝트입니다.
2개 층의 공간으로 구성된 카페는 비교적 적은 면적의 1층에 주문공간과 투고(to-go) 손님을 위한 공간만을 배치하고, 단순하지만 인지성이 좋은 내부계단을 통해 객장의 주요공간인 2층으로 자연스럽게 접근하도록 계획하였습니다. 건물 입면의 분위기가 1층 매장 내부는 물론 내부계단을 따라 2층 객장과 연속되고, 건물 전체의 분위기를 일관성 있게 형성하는 것이 중요했습니다. 그리고 2층에 도착하면 갤러리의 회랑과 같은 메인 공간이 펼쳐집니다.
회랑의 남측면은 좋은 채광을 가진 동시에 먹자골목의 무질서한 경관을 가지고 있었습니다. 이를 해결하기 위해 유글라스의 반투명한 재료를 사용하여 복잡한 경관을 여과해 주고, 낮에는 부드러운 자연채광을 품고, 밤에는 밖의 네온사인 불빛을 내부에 몽환적이고 다채로운 불빛으로 전이되도록 연출하였습니다.
전체적인 분위기를 결정하는 베이지 색상은 외부 석재 선정으로부터 시작하여 내부 석재, 도장, 타일, 집기, 조명 등 모든 요소들의 분위기와 하나가 되로독 섬세한 재료 선정과 디테일을 반영하였습니다.
