Entete Coffee Roastery, Seorae Village / 앙떼띠 커피 로스터리

​

It is a cafe with a professional coffee roastery system that is different from popular cafes, and can experience deeply coffee through 1:1 service with barista. We have planed space around bar counters where close service with barista can be provided, referring to the 'Omakase' service of Sushiya.

The simplification work to construct this space in the low ceiling into a cozy and comfortable space required a lot of detail. It wanted to be a space for unifying with consistent materials rather than diverse materials, and for focusing on empirical things rather than visuals. Thus, decorative elements were excluded, and furniture, plants, beautiful objet, and the experience with coffee was planned to be the main one.

Bar counters, especially finished with beige concrete, express warm yet rigid mass and perform various functional roles appropriate for this space.

대중적인 카페와는 다른 전문적인 커피 로스터리 시스템을 갖추고, 바리스타와의 1:1 서비스를 통해 깊이 있는 커피의 경험을 할 수 있는 카페입니다. 우리는 스시야의 오마카세 서비스를 참고하여, 바리스타와의 긴밀한 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 바 카운터를 중심으로 공간을 구성하였습니다.

낮은 천장고의 공간을 아늑하고 편안한 공간으로 구성하기 위한 단순화 작업에는 많은 디테일이 요구되었습니다. 다양한 재료보다는 일관성 있는 재료로 통일하고, 시각적인 것보다 경험적인 것에 집중하기 위한 공간이 되길 원하였습니다. 그리하여 장식적 요소들은 배제되고, 가구와 식물, 아름다운 집기들, 그리고 커피와의 경험적 요소들이 중심이 되도록 계획하였습니다.

특히 베이지 콘크리트로 마감되어진 바 카운터는 따뜻하면서도 단단한 매스감을 표현하며, 이 공간에 적절한 다양한 기능적 역할을 수행합니다.
