ObokSusan, Yeouido / 오복수산 여의도점
The new Obok-Susan Yeouido is a close branch of the existing Yeouido Obok-Susan Tuna. Since the same brand in the same area had to handle a wider variety of menus and continue the larger 100py space with the existing restaurant atmosphere, it needed simple arrangement and detailed design was needed.
Entering the entrance of the store, the calm and neat atmosphere reminds us of the food of Obok-Susan. Passing through the entrance, the hall was planned to have a total of four dining areas, focusing on the black ceiling corridor.
It is possible to eat in a bright and lively atmosphere with the hospitality of employees in a long bar space for busy single customers and a table space in the center of the hall.
The booth space, which is finished with a black cement panel, is a popular semi-private space that provides the comfort of the group to office workers in Yeouido.
There are private rooms for company dinners and group guests from six or more people, and it is divided into three types depending on the size of the guest.
Instead of placing the kitchen in a corner, it is placed in a core form in the most central space to further reveal the efforts and spirit of those who make good food. The passion of the kitchen, which can be peeked through the torn gap of the kitchen finished with coarse concrete, remains a strong impression on the guest.
새로운 오복수산 여의도점은 기존의 여의도 오복수산참치의 가까운 분점입니다. 동일지역의 같은 브랜드이지만 보다 더 다양한 메뉴를 제공하고, 100평 규모의 큰 공간을 기존의 매장 분위기와 연속해야 했기 때문에 단순하게 정리하며, 디테일 있는 계획을 필요로 했습니다.
매장의 입구에 들어서면 차분하고 정갈한 분위기가 오복수산의 음식을 연상시킵니다. 입구를 지나 객장은 흑색의 우물 천장 복도를 중심으로 총 4가지의 식사 공간으로 계획하였습니다.
바쁜 1인 고객들을 위한 긴 닷지 공간과 홀 중앙의 테이블 공간은 직원들의 환대와 함께 밝고 활기찬 분위기에서 식사가 가능합니다.
블랙 시멘트패널로 마감되어진 부스 공간은 여의도 직장인들에게 일행끼리의 편안함을 제공하는 인기 있는 세미-프라이빗 한 공간입니다.
6인 이상부터는 회식 및 단체 손님을 위한 프라이빗 룸이 있고, 일행의 규모에 따라 3가지로 나누어 마련하였습니다.
주방을 구석에 두지 않고 가장 중심이 되는 공간에 코어 형태로 배치한 점은 정갈하고 정돈된 음식을 만든 사람들의 노력과 정신을 더 드러내기 위함입니다. 거친 콘크리트로 마감된 주방 볼륨의 찢어진 틈새로 보이는 주방의 열기가 손님들로 하여금 강한 인상으로 남습니다.
