ObokSusan Tuna, Magok / 오복수산참치 마곡점

Oboksusan Tuna Magok is a project that expresses the brand’s thoughtful identity and refined aesthetic through a restrained use of materials and clear contrasts, centered around walls finished in black cement board that wrap the entire space.

​

Set against a dark-toned backdrop, white tabletop surfaces are distinctly arranged to create a visual rhythm and a sense of defined spatial boundaries. Various seating types are carefully laid out to offer different atmospheres depending on how long guests stay, enhancing the diversity of experience.

​

The floor is finished with matte dark gray tiles, grounding the overall tone of the space, while the white ceiling offers contrast and helps maximize the impact of lighting. Lighting is focused only where needed—on the tables—providing clarity and brightness without overwhelming the calm, concentrated atmosphere of the room.

Through a balanced composition of material texture, tone, and structural clarity, Oboksusan Tuna Magok becomes a composed and focused dining environment, offering a quiet yet immersive experience in the midst of the city.

오복수산 참치 마곡점은 전체 공간을 감싸는 블랙 시멘트보드 벽면을 중심으로, 최소의 재료와 명확한 대비를 통해 브랜드의 진중함과 정제된 미감을 표현한 프로젝트입니다.

​

공간 전체는 어두운 톤의 바탕 위에, 화이트 톤의 테이블 상판이 선명하게 배치되어 시각적인 리듬과 명확한 구획감을 형성합니다. 테이블 배치는 다양한 좌석 유형이 구성되었으며, 각각의 자리에 머무는 시간에 따라 다른 분위기를 경험할 수 있도록 유도합니다.

바닥은 매트한 질감의 다크 그레이 타일로 마감되어 전체 톤을 안정감 있게 잡아주며, 천장은 화이트로 대비를 이루며 조명의 효과를 극대화합니다. 특히 천장 조명은 필요한 영역에만 집중되어, 테이블 위에 명확한 조도를 확보하면서도 전체 공간은 조용하고 밀도 있게 유지됩니다.

전체적으로 재료의 색감과 질감, 그리고 구조적 명확함이 어우러지며, 도심 속에서 집중도 높은 식사의 경험을 제안하는 절제된 공간으로 완성됩니다.
