Town House for Return to Farming Project, Hwacheon
The town house for the return to farming and rural communities wants to recovery of the important values we have forgotten.
This started with not only presenting solutions to human communication within the complex, but also considering the coexistence with surrounding cities and the surrounding environment as well as the production and experience of local forest products.
First, the recovery of the topography. A master plan was planned to respect existing terrain and link to surrounding natural environments. Each house accommodates to the slopes, meditates the landscape and places various external activities through the 'madang'.
Second, the recovery of life. Production and experience complex was created as community facilities through exchanges with production complex of local forest products. It proposed a community program that would circulate through production, activity and recovery to coexist with the surrounding.
Third, the recovery of human. A total of four types of housing were planned, consisting of 'Daecheong Maru', which can be shared and communicated by various generational organizations of farming and rural areas, and an 'madang'.
The project considered the qualitative problems and modernization methods of return to farming, as well as guidelines.
귀농, 귀촌을 위한 주택 단지는 우리가 잊고 지내던 소중한 가치들의 회복에 대해서 이야기하고자 한다.
이는 단지 내 인간의 소통에 대한 해결방안 제시뿐만 아니라, 지역 임산물 생산 및 체험과 함께 주변 도시와의 공존 관계, 그리고 주변 환경과의 관계를 고려하는 것에서부터 시작하였다.
첫째, 땅의 회복이다. 기존 지형의 존중과 주변 자연환경과의 적극적으로 연계된 마스터플랜을 계획하였다. 각 주택들은 경사지의 순응하며, 자연 경관을 적극적으로 관망하고 외부마당을 통해 다양한 외부활동이 가능하도록 배치하였다.
둘째, 삶의 회복이다. 주변의 임산물 생산단지와의 교류를 통해 생산과 체험단지를 커뮤니티 시설로 조성하였다. 이는 생산과 활동, 그리고 회복으로 순환하여 주변과 공존할 수 있는 커뮤니티 프로그램을 제안하였다.
셋째, 인간 회복이다. 귀농, 귀촌의 다양한 세대구성이 공유, 소통할 수 있는 대청마루와 외부마당으로 이루어진 총 4가지 주거 타입을 계획하였다.
이 프로젝트는 귀농, 귀촌의 삶에 대한 질적인 문제와 현대화 방법, 그리고 앞으로 나아갈 하나의 지침이 될 수 있도록 고민하였다.
