L Residence, Cheongdam / L 레지던스 청담

It is an interior project for a residential space located on the first floor of the luxury villa in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul.

​

This is a typical apartment floor plan consisting of private spaces for families, centered living room on a well-groomed garden on the first floor. For the space transfer of large residential spaces, layers were formed or glass sliding doors were installed, adding depth of space and securing storage space.

​

Wood floor and bronze glass were used to suit the characteristics of the space on a white tone basis. Thus, the overall atmosphere was simple and warm, and each room was differentiated.

​

During the day, natural light and garden views beautify the house, and at night, the minimum of spot lights is arranged, focusing on indirect lighting, to ensure calm and proper illumination to maintain an emotional space.

서울 청담동 고급빌라의 1층에 위치한 85평 규모의 주거공간을 위한 인테리어 프로젝트입니다.

 

1층의 잘 가꾸어진 정원과 맞닿은 거실을 중심으로 가족들을 위한 개인공간들이 구성된 일반적인 아파트의 평면입니다. 비교적 넓은 주거공간의 지루하지 않은 공간 전이를 위해 켜를 형성하거나 유리 슬라이딩 도어를 설치하여, 공간의 깊이감을 더하고 수납공간을 확보하였습니다.

 

화이트 톤의 바탕에 우드플로어와 브론즈 유리를 공간의 특성에 맞추어 다양하게 사용하였습니다. 그리하여 전체적으로 단정하면서도 따뜻한 분위기를 주었고, 각 방마다 차별화 된 분위기를 연출할 수 있었습니다.

 

낮에는 자연광과 정원의 경관이 집안 곳곳을 아름답게 하며, 밤에는 간접조명을 위주로 최소의 스폿조명을 통해 차분하면서도 적절한 조도를 확보하여 감성적인 공간을 유지하고 있습니다.
