Y Residence in Cheongdam is a residential space that opens up to a panoramic view of the Han River, carefully designed to harmonize the exterior scenery with interior materials.

​

The ceiling is finished with natural wood flooring, adding warmth and a sense of grounded weight to the space. Given the openness of the river view, the wood ceiling anchors the room visually, preventing it from feeling overly light or floating.

​

The floor is tiled in a soft, light tone, contributing to a clean and refined atmosphere while reflecting natural light softly throughout the space. The walls are finished in a warm off-white paint, offering a neutral backdrop that complements both the wood and tile materials seamlessly.

In the kitchen, a matte black countertop is paired with a natural oak extension, creating a central island that balances function and tactile materiality. The overall space avoids decorative excess, instead relying on the quiet presence of materials and subtle tonal contrasts to establish a calm, thoughtful living environment.

청담 Y 레지던스는 한강을 마주한 탁 트인 뷰를 가진 주거 공간으로, 외부의 풍경과 내부의 재료가 조화롭게 어우러지도록 디자인 하였습니다.

​

천장에는 원목 마루를 사용해 따뜻하면서도 공간의 무게감을 주었습니다. 한강을 향한 넓은 창으로 인해 공간이 가볍게 느껴질 수 있는 상황에서, 오크원목마루 천장은 시선을 아래로 끌어당기며 시각적 안정감을 제공합니다.

바닥은 밝은 톤의 타일로 마감되어, 전체 공간에 깔끔하고 정제된 인상을 주며, 자연광과도 잘 어우러집니다. 벽은 미색 톤의 도장 마감으로 처리되어 은은한 배경이 되어주며, 목재 및 타일과 자연스럽게 조화를 이루고 있습니다.

주방은 무광 블랙 상판과 오크 원목상판이 결합된 아일랜드를 중심으로 구성되어 있어, 기능성과 재료감이 동시에 강조됩니다. 전체적으로 장식은 배제하고, 재료 그 자체의 물성과 톤으로 공간의 분위기를 만들어낸 절제된 디자인입니다.
